Ichigo Ichie: A Delightful Fusion of Sushi and Hibachi in Franklin, MA

First time there for hibachi & it was great! Service was fast, restaurant was clean, food delicious!

The snow white roll, with its spicy salmon and avocado, is one of the best selections. The food and service are excellent, and the well-maintained, modern restaurant provides ample seating and a bar area. For a refreshing accompaniment, be sure to try the Mango Mojito. Located in its own building with convenient parking, Ichigo Ichie is a must-visit destination when in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Good sushi. I enjoyed the diversity in the rolls. The sashimi was good as well. Will definitely go back and have another meal.

Wow! What a wonderful meal some of the best sushi I've had in a very long time. The people treated us so well and we actually met the owner who has such a great business philosophy. All the shows through when you sit down to have a meal at Ichigo Ichie. highly recommended take your family. Enjoy some sushi or go to one of the great hibachi tables. I rate this a 4.6. Food is always banging here. Price is amazing for food quality. I love the beer types here. Great show from chef. Great starters and food comes out fast. Chef does make some weird comments like how I'm going to conceive a child with my lady after dinner. Most of the time it's very funny and I just smile and laugh awkwardly. #BangForYourBuck

This was my first time going here, and I love the waterfall and water wall coming in! It was so relaxing. Our server was friendly and I thought the food here was delicious, with good portions. Fried ice cream had the perfect balance of tastes and was not overly sweet which I appreciated.

The ambiance is beautiful and loud enough for laugher and private conversations. Great place for lunch, dinner some sushi tasting and hibachi. The place is HUGE separating regular restaurants from the hibachi area. The airers were super nice, attentive, and did not invade our space constantly. Our hibachi chef was hilarious and catered to our requests. Definitely going back and bringing friends

I came here for dinner with humble expectations ( it's not NYC). I was very surprised on how great the sushi was !! The decor is low key with friendly service . We ordered some tempura ( amazing ) , sushi , fried rice and dumplings . Everything was excellent !! Very broad menu and get the Godzilla roll !
